EMG pickup precision

Ready to launch a salvo of sizzling riffs? The EMG 85 & 81 pickups will capture every detail and fire them through your amplifier with maximum force. The 81 in the bridge screams with sharp intensity, ready to deliver distorted chords or face melting leads. Utilising ceramic magnets and close aperture coils, it's tremendously high-output and produces searing hot gain tones.

In the neck position lies the EMG 85 humbucker, brimming with thick and muscular sonic energy. Showcasing excellent detail in the mid-ranges and possessing a menacing rumble, the 85 can bellow out the most extreme rock to the gentlest melodies. So don't be afraid to switch up genres because the smooth textures of the 85 gifts this guitar superb versatility. Tonal flexibility whenever you need it.

Timeless trio of mahogany, maple and ebony

ESP have loaded the MH-1000 with a vast amount of tonal depth. Complementing the awesome EMG pickups is the gorgeous mahogany body and maple neck that will extract every vibration from your strings and instil that dark and rich character of the wood. Fantastic for punchy rock music thanks to its deep, mid-boosting character, this excellent tonewood will only get better with age. Crafted with comfort in mind, there's a cutaway giving you unhindered access to the top frets for some shrieking solos.

Looking towards the top, the MH-1000 has a 3-piece maple neck and macassar ebony fingerboard. Constructed from three pieces, this neck is sturdy, durable and more resistant to warping than the classic 1-piece. Unlike the body, the neck uses maple to attain bright, snappy resonance that tempers the mahogany's depth. Rapid attack and sensational sustain is found in the gorgeous ebony fingerboard. Adorned with subtle inlays and extra jumbo frets, you'll have no trouble pulling off extreme string bends all while showcasing its natural beauty. Smooth and slick, it's a surface that invites creative and daring playing.

Evertune. The clue is in the name. You can play for hours, execute the wildest string bends and aggressive power chord chugging and you'll still be firmly in tune. This is primarily thanks to the F model Evertune bridge, an all-mechanical system with floating string saddles that will keep tuning no matter the conditions. This piece of ingenious guitar wizardry is paired with Grover tuners to ensure that you'll always be performing at your best.

The MH-1000EFTM displays a striking black finish in addition to an elegant, flamed maple top for that iconic rock appearance.
