According to the product overview on page 4, the pixel engine is designed for creative “eye candy” effects, which is ideal for stage shows, club lighting, and immersive installations. Because each LED has its own red, green, blue, and white control channel in the expanded modes, you can tune colours precisely to match the rest of your rig.
The motorised zoom moves from a narrow 5 degree beam to a broad 40 degree wash, letting you adapt the fixture to different rooms and stage sizes. A tight beam cuts clearly through haze for aerial looks, while the wider setting is great for filling backdrops or performers with smooth colour. Because zoom can be controlled live via DMX, it’s easy to shift between focused moments and wider ambience without touching the fixture. The lux charts on page 4 also show how output remains strong even at its widest setting.
The rotating front lens adds a layer of movement that works well alongside the pixel effects.
