Palmer's High Quality Transformers

All of Palmer's DI equipment features their own high quality transformers, with mu-metal shielding to offer isolation from interference and magnetic fields. This means the DIs, Splitters and Mergers from Palmer will prevent extra interference, as well as offering excellent reduction of ground hum.

Versatile Operation

The PHDA 02 can be operated in either Mono, Dual Mono or Stereo Modes. In Stereo Mode, the Palmer PHDA operates as a standard headphone amplifier, the stereo input is routed to each of the headphone out sockets and controlled by the 'Left/Stereo' pot. In mono mode the same effect is achieved but the stereo input is summed to mono and sent to the headphones. The Palmer Headphone Amplifier achieves extra versatility with its dual mono mode, which allows for the left and right channels to be controlled individually, in this mode splitter cables could be used to send the input signal to 4 separate mono destinations, such as active monitors. Link outputs also allow for daisy chaining together further devices.
