Reap the benefits of analogue summing mixing with the 2-BUS LT Summing Mixer. There's a certain element of energy and depth that analogue summing mixing gives. Your panning is super wide and precise, opening up more space than in-the-box mixing, while your centered material is focused and strong, giving you a true three-dimensional image. Reverbs are spacious and deep, bass is huge, powerful and engaging, while the treble and mids are articulate and filling. Analogue channels allow you to get that punchy, wide and deep sound so you can get a great mix. When your summing is in analogue, it allows multiple converter channels to share the workload of getting your sounds into the analogue environment, whilst providing all the headroom. 2-BUS LT receives 16 analogue outputs from any DAW interface and combines them to stereo with transparency. 2-Bus LT allows you to run far hotter signals into separate busses instead of overtaxing the internal stereo buss which limits the mix to its available headroom. This allows the track to retain its original detail, along with punch, clarity, and imaging.
The 2-BUS LT is designed to help DAW users achieve better mixes and performance through the use of existing equipment in their studios. Although DAWs offer flexibility in recording and editing, the mixes don't equal those of analogue high-end equipment in terms of sound quality, space, and detail. The 2-BUS LT features a mono and stereo switch that allows you to place any channel pair in the centre or left and right. This means you can mix essential bass and low-end material in the middle of the mix, and mix stereo sounds clearly to get high-quality imaging. By breaking your audio signal out into multiple analogue outputs, it allows you to use external analogue compressors, EQs and other effects.
With many analogue processors they have been modeled to a high standard within the digital realm. However, analogue summing mixers are still impossible to emulate digitally. We've all been there where our mix just isn't coming together, our centre is maxed out not focused, panning becomes blurry, that reverb we worked so hard on starts to disappear, and the mix just lacks that energy we want. When you sum these individual tracks or subgroups of tracks with the 2-BUS LT you'll always get superb clarity, sonic imaging and wide-open soundstage. If you're working on a small project or a large project, all your recorded audio, software instruments, samplers, effects and plugins will ooze with the detail, punch and clarity that only real analogue summing can deliver, letting you mix more efficiently and joyfully.
