Novation now includes the latest version of Cubase LE with key models such as Launchkey MK4, Launch Control XL 3, SL MkIII and all current Launchpads. This addition provides musicians with a professional DAW environment right out of the box, streamlining the creative process and removing the need for additional software purchases. Designed for both budding and experienced producers, Cubase LE delivers a streamlined yet powerful platform for crafting high-quality music from start to finish.

The software offers up to 16 audio tracks, giving ample room for recording vocals, instruments, or layered arrangements. It also includes up to 24 MIDI tracks for sequencing external gear and 8 instrument tracks dedicated to virtual instruments, ensuring a broad palette of creative options.

With the ability to record up to eight audio channels at once, Cubase LE caters to everything from solo projects to full-band setups. The combination of Novation’s intuitive hardware and Cubase’s versatile workflow creates a comprehensive production toolkit that empowers songwriters and producers to realise ideas quickly and effectively.

The latest software update provides you with a whole host of new and exciting features. These will add a new lease of life to your performances and streamline your workflow. Unquantised recording allows you to record in micro-steps. This adds more feeling and emotion to your performances. The addition of perform velocity, mutation and probability controls reinforce this. Legacy mode is excellent for those who are nostalgic and wish to use favoured layouts from older versions of Launchpad. Finally, the trigger threshold enables you to adjust the sensitivity of the pads for greater control over your performances.

Logic 10.6 compatibility

The latest Logic Pro Update (10.6) guarantees full compatibility between the MK3 and Live Loops. This means you'll be able to use the controller to trigger sounds, navigate your way through complex sessions and have a greater "hands-on" approach when producing and performing. The all-new custom mode allows you to map the grid to suit your every want and need, you can even create your own unique performance set-ups. These can be configured using Novation Components which can be accessed via Google Chrome or through the standalone app.

Seamless integration

Take your tracks to new heights with the four-track, eight-note polyphonic, 32-step standalone sequencer. The Launchpad Pro helps take your eyes away from the screen by allowing you to sequence virtual instruments and instantly print these to Clips in Ableton Live. Your favourite hardware can be easily connected to play MIDI patterns. Micro Steps take grooves off-grid. Probability, Mutate, Sync Rate and Play Order let you transform your patterns on the fly. Patterns can be chained, edited and assigned to build complete songs.

Customise the Launchpad Pro

Custom modes transform the Launchpad Pro into a hands-on control surface for any MIDI-compatible software or hardware. This is done within Novation Components, the configuration software that allows you to drop widgets into place and save settings as one of eight custom modes. These can then be used even when disconnected from the computer.
