Designed to present your audio without added colour, the HS8 monitors provide a reliable reference for mixing and production work. Subtle changes in EQ, dynamics, and stereo placement remain clear, helping you make more confident decisions in both home and professional studio environments.
Each monitor uses an 8-inch cone woofer to deliver deeper bass extension, making it easier to assess low-frequency content such as kick drums and bass lines. The bass-reflex design supports this range while maintaining control, helping avoid excessive boom when positioned correctly.
A 1-inch dome tweeter handles high-frequency reproduction with consistency and clarity. The waveguide design supports even dispersion, helping maintain a stable listening image and reducing harshness across the listening position.
Each driver is powered independently to improve efficiency and balance. A 75W amplifier drives the woofer, while a 45W amplifier powers the tweeter, delivering 120W per monitor. This setup helps maintain clarity and definition, even at higher monitoring levels.
Room Control and High Trim switches allow each monitor to be adjusted for its environment. Low-frequency build-up caused by placement near walls can be reduced, while high-frequency response can be fine-tuned to suit brighter or more absorbent rooms.
Balanced XLR and TRS inputs make connection to audio interfaces, mixers, and other studio equipment straightforward. Each monitor also includes a rear-panel level control, while the MDF enclosure is designed to minimise unwanted resonance and keep playback focused.
